Scholarship And Financial Aid

The students once admitted in HKM Government Degree College Bandipora, is eligible for availing several scholarships. The college is verifying agency for various centrally launched scholarships schemes like Post Matric Scholarships (PMS), Scholarships for Meritorious students (CSS), Scholarships for Tribal and economically weaker sections. Besides college is also a district level verification Centre for PMSSS. The College has also adopted a scheme called "Student Aid Fund" under which a financial assistance is extended to students, particularly the meritorious ones who come from lower income groups. The financial aid is distributed every year in the month of December-January among the neediest students of various categories including Orphans, Physically Disabled, ST SCs, AAY and BPL and poorest.
